This is the one way valve that stops your rear washer jet from dribbling down the back of your car, and emptying your washer bottle when parked on a hill.
On a GQ this is fitted in the right hand 1/4 Panel, behind the headlight.
On  a GU this is fitted inside the large Barn Door.
