This is the Entire Tensioner Assembly consiting of the Hydraulic Tensioner, the Pulley and the Bracket.
The Hydraulic Tensioner & Pulley can be purchased separately if that is all that is required, but it is common for the pivot to seize and then the tensioner cant move it properly.
These motors are very fussy that the tensioner and belt are in good condition or they will squeal.
