This Clutch kit has been put together by Patrolapart and uses the the best quality components at an affordable price. The Kit includes a Solid / Single Mass flywheel speficily made by Patrolapart to match the weight of a genuine dual mass flywheel fitted from factory without the risk of the dual mass failure.
A huge benefit of having the Solid Single Mass Flywheel is that it is 'for life'. So if ever another clutch needs to be fitted at some point in the future, all you need to do is machine the flywheel and fit up a new clutch.
This kit also comes with the Exedy Safari Tuff Clutch Kit that been matched to this flywheel.
As a bonus we are including a brand new set of GENUINE NISSAN flywheel bolts as it is common for them to be damaged as they are removed. NO OTHER SELLER OFFERS THIS
Dual Mass Flywheels are a rubber jointed flywheel and it is a known issue that they let go making a mess of your bellhousing area causing you to lose drive and in some cases destroying your clutch. Converting to a Single Mass Flywheel with a new clutch is this kit will ensure that this won't happen again. Single Mass Flywheels are a proven upgrade when fitted to the ZD30 Patrols.
EXEDY SAFARI TUFF CLUTCH
The EXEDY Safari Tuff Clutch Kit comprises a purpose engineered cover assembly which boasts a minimum 25% increase in clamp load in comparison to standard. The cover assembly also features an anodized cover pressing to limit corrosion, spheroidal graphite anti burst pressure plate casting and additional drive straps.
The Safari Tuff Kit also comprises a high quality clutch disc which has upgraded damper springs and premium grade friction materials.
The Safari Tuff range has been designed by EXEDY in one of the world’s most comprehensive facilities and extensively tested in some of the toughest four wheel drive races in the world by champions in the Australian Safari, Malaysian Rainforest Challenge and the Xtreme Winch Challenge.

This kit includes the exedy Safari Pressure Plate, Safari Clutch Disc and Thrust release bearing, spigot bush, aligning tool, flywheel bolts & Solid Mass Flywheel.
